MODUL 2 – DER BEGINN DES INTUITIVEN ESSENS

Diese Woche ist vollgepackt mit vielen praktischen Tipps und Übungen. Sie sind dazu da, damit du eine bessere Verbindung mit deinem Körper bekommst und die Signale, die er dir sendet, empfangen kannst.
Eines der wichtigestn Dinge: alle Informationen die du erhältst, nimm sie auf, um Gewahrsein zu bekommen. Jeder kommuniziert anders mit seinem Körper, für jeden funktioniert etwas Anderes und dieses Programm soll dir dabei helfen, deine individuelle Art der Verbindung mit deinem Körper zu entdecken.

In diesem Modul geht es um Hunger und Sättigung, die verschiedenen Arten und Levels von Hunger, präsent sein und Genuss.

Das sind die Elemente des intuitiven Essens. Je mehr du sie in deinen Alltag integrierst , desto leichter wird es dir fallen und desto mehr Bewusstsein wirst du in deienr Essenswelt und deinem Leben erfahren!

Mein wichtigster Tipp: sei geduldig mit dir! Manchmal braucht es ein bisschen Übung, um die Informationen des Körper zu empfangen. Vertraue dir! Und vertraue deinem Körper!
