I've always felt a deep connection to spirituality and mysticism. My fascination began at 15 with my first set of tarot cards. Instead of spending time with friends after school, I was drawn to explore esoteric shops, diving into books and learning about crystals and unseen realms that few talked about.

My path took a deeper dive into the world of healing during my nutritional science studies, marking the start of my true journey into holistic practices. Since then, I've been trained over 15 years in various forms of energy healing, coaching, and counseling. Now, I use what I've learned to help others to connect to their true essence, find meaning in their lives and heal old wounds & blockages.

In 2014, a dream came true when my partner and I moved across the world to Queensland. I cherish my European roots, but I've fallen in love with this beautiful country Australia.

Over the past ten years, I've built a successful online coaching business. However, it was time for a change. I decided to open my own healing practice on the Sunshine Coast and launch the products & services I've always dreamed of sharing: The brand Sage & Essence was born.
