The healthy fast food!
Are these days familiar to you? Hitting the snooze button a million times, getting up way to late and not having time to eat some good breakfast?
I had lots of these days when I was working in corporate and I wished, that back then I would have had this recipe: PROTEINBALLS
They are such a great and easy way to nourish your body, if you have to rush to work and it’s also good to carry them in your bag on busy days.
They are super easy to make and you can prepare a bunch of them and keep them in the fridge.
INGREDIENTS
100 g rolled oats
100 g nuts your choice (in this recipe I used Macadamia and Cashew nuts)
50 g chia seeds
50 g flex seeds
120 g Medjool dates (pitted)
20 g desiccated coconut
2 EL coconut oil (melted)
75 ml water
PREPARATION
Put all the ingredients (except water) in a food processor und add water while blending. The mass should be sticky. Prepare balls and cover them with the desiccated coconut. You can keep them up to a week in the fridge.
